Nimbo has arrived at Politecnico di Milano as a special guest for a workshop organized for the design students by The Visual Agency. The event provided a unique opportunity to explore the frontiers of visual communication through Nimbo, the motion graphic character who talks about air quality via KIUU video automation. The students were challenged to create two distinct communication outputs: a static poster and a social media video.
The workshop began with a detailed presentation of the Nimbo project, during which the students learned about the dynamics of KIUU video automation and the importance of air quality as a central theme.
This initial learning phase provided the necessary foundation for the subsequent creative work, where the students combined traditional design skills with advanced digital tools, experimenting with new techniques and approaches to communicate effectively and creatively. A journey accompanied by Professor Paolo Ciuccarelli, Alessandra Facchin and moments of revisions with The Visual Agency.
The journey concluded with an exhibition showcasing the students' work. This display allowed for an appreciation of the variety and originality of the proposed solutions, highlighting the students' talent and dedication. The workshop was a stimulating and enriching adventure for all participants. The students not only acquired new technical and creative skills but also had the opportunity to work in teams, interact with industry professionals, and implement their ideas in a real-world context.
Events like this are crucial for the education of young designers, providing them with tangible opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge and develop new skills. The collaboration with The Visual Agency demonstrated the importance of interaction between the academic and professional worlds to promote innovation and creativity. Enjoy the works of the talented students from Politecnico di Milano and be inspired by their creativity and passion!
